What will you learn during the program?
In the Physiotherapy program, you will learn all about anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and the diagnosis of various movement disorders. You will gain practical knowledge about treatments for muscle and joint problems, rehabilitation after injuries, and pain management. Additionally, you will develop communication skills to guide patients and motivate them in their recovery process. You will also learn to collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and sports therapists.
Practical experience and current themes
The program has a strong focus on practical experience. From the first year, you will do an internship in hospitals, clinics, or with independent physiotherapists. You will be taught by experienced therapists and guest speakers from the field. Current themes are included in the program, such as geriatrics, sports physiotherapy, injury prevention, and the role of technology in physiotherapy, such as digital treatment methods and innovations in rehabilitation.
Duration and costs of the program
The full-time Physiotherapy program lasts four years and starts in September. The tuition fee is €2,530 per year (legal rate 2025-2026). Additionally, there are costs for books, materials, and a practical outfit. Different study hours and rates apply for the part-time or dual variant.
